HBO ON DEMAND is a subscription video on demand (SVOD) service and is currently available to HBO subscribers via IPTV platforms and digital cable systems. The HBO ON DEMAND service offers great added value for subscribers who are able to watch all programming on the service as many times as they like 24 hours a day. We offer customers on-demand movies and series with titles are grouped by genre. The service also functions as a catch-up service for subscribers by allowing them to watch movies and series episodes they have missed. Subscribers can also watch premier films before they air on the linear services via IPTV platforms. Titles on HBO On Demand are refreshed and placed in rotation each month – no title is offered during consecutive months – and new titles are added every week. |

| Cinemax, the premium pay movie channel launched by HBO Central Europe in February 2005, is a complementary channel to HBO. Cinemax draws from a vast library of films and focuses on classic movie favorites, international and European film festival hits and movies with leading stars which have had limited theatrical releases. Cinemax and Cinemax2 broadcast local language versions using the same localization approach as HBO. In Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the channel is dubbed. In Poland the channel is voiced-over, and in Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Kosovo and Montenegro the channel is subtitled. Cinemax airs 24 hours a day. |
